Crounse (York) (who died Nov. 24, 1952 and was cremated according to the cemetery records; and Son, John H. (York) 1889 - 1951 and has Guilderland Center Fire Department symbol and a US flag; and Wife Alta E. Smith (York) 1899 - 1978.

Contributory was general arteriosclerosis which he had for 13 years. He was a white male married to Sarah L. Mahan, normal residence at 809 West Gray, Elmira, NY. He was born on Jan. 18, 1849 in Oakdale, Mass. He was 77 years 2 mos and 3 days old on date of death. He was a shoe maker at an unknown shoe factory.

Ten years after John's death, Almira was re-married on Aug. 8 th 1860 o Thomas B. Geen and died on Dec. 22nd 1878 at the age of 66. She is buried in the Huntingdon cemetery. Ref.
