Casselberry, died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 28, 1961) at St. Jerome Hospital in Batavia where she had been a medical patient for five days.

    A native of Franklin Center, Quebec, Mrs. Casselberry was born March 9, 1891, one of 12 children of Joseph and Florence Howard Gowan. She came to Wyoming when 15 years of age and finished her schooling at the former Middlebury Academy. She Formerly taught school in the town of Middlebury. She was a member of the West Middlebury Baptist Church. In 1909 she was married to John Wolcott who died in 1929. She was married to Mr. Casselberry in 1931.

    Besides her husband, Mrs. Casselberry is survived by eight sons, John H. Wolcott of North Byron, Robert B. of Buffalo, Pershing N. of Wyoming, Morgan D. of Perry, Chalmers H. of Fillmore, Bradley J. of Frankville and Henry H. Walcott of Dale and Stuart Casselberry of Buffalo; two daughters, Mrs. John (Florence)Karrer of North Tonawanda and Mrs. Harry W. (Dorothy) Page of Wyoming; Four sisters Mrs. Albert (Sara) Baker of Warsaw, Mrs. Harry (Florence) Seward of Reading, Pa., Mr. Josie Robare and Mrs. Elizabeth George of Saranac Lake; two brothers, Nelson and Goldwin Gowan of Saskatchewan, Canada; 51 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

    Friends may call at the Fred G. Stripp Funeral Home from 7 this evening to 11 a.m. Friday. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the West Middlebury Baptist Church with the Rev. Elmer Harris officiating. Burial will be in West Middlebury Cemetery.
